Count your blessings! Most of the initial pregnancy signs pass as the pregnancy progresses. Unless you have been spotting everything should be ok.

It's possible that since you had only very mild symptoms in early pregnancy (i.e. the first 3 months) you won't feel that pregnant until the later symptoms start showing up - like feeling fetal movement, a growing belly, etc.
But if you really have the feeling that ALL symptoms have ceased and your intuition tells you something might be wrong, please call your doctor or midwife and maybe go into hear the heartbeat or something for reassurance that all is well.
Hopefully you are just a very lucky woman who doesn't have many of the terrible early pregnancy symptoms!

I know exactly how ya feel I keep hearing people talk about all this fatigue and morning sickness and I also only have the frequency with urination and my breast are tender (but not all the time) so I was concerned that I had somehow become "unpregnant" or lost the baby and I finally decided that if that had happened I would somehow figure it out my body would eventually start showing symptoms of miscarriage or something to that effect so I guess my point is that other people have the same thoughts and we should just try and enjoy our lack of symptoms and enjoy our pregnancies...good luck.

Maybe you're having a girl. i was so sick everyday up until labor with my son but this time around there was no puking, heartburn, or anything. And I just found out today that I am having a baby girl even though I already expected it because of how different my pregnancies have been. Although I'm told it's just a coincidence I definitely think it had something to do with the baby's sex.

I am sure that everthing is OK, but I would call the doctor in the morning. On VERY rare occasions, the absence or disappearance of pregnancy symptoms can be an indication of a loss of the pregnancy, which I am sure is not the case. Good luck!

I doubht anything is wrong. Honestly I didn't know I was pregant for the first 3 months. I was to busy, and had just gotten off the pill and the doctor said I could miss the first few months, and I was almost 4 months pregant when I found out. I only had morning sickness once, and my daughter is very healthy, almost 2, and hasn't been sick yet. But if you just don't feel right about it, your doctor will understand. Your pregant, you get to make everything into drama, so if your worried call your doctor.

Bless your coronary heart! i be conscious of ways frightened you're. it somewhat is this sort of standard ingredient so you might start feeling super at this element in being pregnant because of the fact the placenta has taken over hormone prodution and you're previous the yucky first trimester. No, i do no longer think of there is something incorrect with your toddler. i think of it somewhat is in hassle-free terms a typical ingredient in being pregnant to have indicators fade. in in hassle-free terms a sprint over a month from now, you will sense your toddler circulate interior you and would have an obtrusive abdomen finished of toddler. Then, you will no longer ought to question once you're toddler is okay. relax and attempt and luxuriate in this element of your being pregnant. have confidence me, there is alot of girls (me inculded) who're nonetheless having morning illness and could provide something to be on the 12 week mark.

If your dr. says everything's okay then it most likely is. If it's the morning sickness you miss don't worry, it's not out of the running yet. It may come back later. You must be one of those women who "glow" throughout pregnancy. Enjoy.
