Yes, they do the only thing I know is that they sleep with their eyes open fish can close their eyes.

Fish sleep when they get tired, but not the same way we do.
Depending on the species, so stay completely still when they sleep, and some move slowly to keep water flowing through their gills.
They keep their eyes open to watch out for predators.

Yes they do. When they are staying in one place, barely moving, they are sleeping! They usually sleep @ night when the lights are off. If you ever get up late, turn the tank light on and you will see them sleeping!

well they do, but eith theior eyes open they watch out for preditors. but i wouldn't really call it sleep. i would call it just resting.
