My appartment association doesn't allow me to install a window A/C. I am trying to have the A/C Inside my apartment but with the back side facing the window. Does this works? Would this make it drip?

The backside (I assume you mean the portion normally outside) has to be isolated (completely surrounded generally by a window and frame) from the frontside. The backside contains the condenser which must be outside, and the front side contains the evaperator which must be inside. Facing the unit at the window will result in hot air collecting near the window and cooler air blowing from the unit, but will not cool the room. Additionally, the condensed water will leak out of the back of the unit.

Condensation is going to form inside the cooling coil. You're going to have to deal with this water somehow. A window unit is designed to let it drip to the outside.

It might work with the back facing the window but the window's going to have to be open or it won't reject the heat outside.

There are units available that you can duct outside and they have pans to collect the water. Might look for one of those.

ABSOLUTELY NOT----at least consider mounting the unit as near the window as possible then by the use of tin flashing or other similar materials create a duct work to join the two elements together (a/c and window opening)

You want the front side (where the cold air comes in) to face the street?

Sure, why not.
