Other than the fact that they admitted a few days ago that they supplied Hezbollah with the Zel Zal missiles? There's also the televised interview with the captured Hezbollah fighter yesterday in which he claims he was trained in Iran.

Helen (below) says: what about the evidence that America is aiding Israel which has been killing innocent people ever they invaded Palestine?

Yes definitely a nice attempt at moral equivalence. The US supplying arms and munitions to the duly constituted armed forces of a sovereign nation is somehow in your mind the same as a rogue state supplying arms and munitions to an outlawed terrorist group in an apparent flaunting of international law.

Not to mention the obvious differences in ideology between the two groups. Let me ask Helen, what do you suppose the fate of Israel would be if it forsook all of it's weapons and peacefully awaited it's fate? Same question Hezbollah?

Yes. There is real evidence. Including Iran's admission that they fund and supply Hezbollah, which (while I'm not inclined to trust Iran for much) pretty much ends the debate.

And no, not like Iraq. The justification for attacking Iraq was based on old intelligence (and enmity), dating back to the first Gulf, plus lots of guesswork (based on that enmity). When it all comes down to it, the US attacked Iraq because we didn't like Saddam.

And the US is trying to persuade the UN (and everyone else) that Iran shouldn't have nuclear capability. Iran denies pursuing a nuclear weapons program (but see above for general trust in Iranian declarations), and says the program is purely for power generation.

Either way, they're unrelated and independent issues.

Yes, there's a lot of evidence. Including (but not limited to) the captured Hezbollah terrorist who admits he was trained in Iran, the Iranian weapons, and the fact that Iran admits it.

The world has been trying to Iran's nuclear program LONG before Hezbollah attacked Israel.

Who's rockets do you think they are using? Who's bombs do you think they are using? People are going from Iran to help their Hezbollah brothers. This has been on the news. Syria is helping their Hezbollah brothers also. The United States has to contend with Russia and China who has business dealing with Iran. They don't want to lose their trade partner and they don't care what anyone thinks of that. Since China and Russia are in the UN they have veto votes.

It was enough for me to read who reports about these dangers: Zalmay Khalilzad — U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, who has served since a time where the United States military is involved in the Iraq War. His wife, Cheryl Benard, is a political analyst with the RAND Corporation. A corporation whose people related with development of nuclear and neutron bombs... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAND_Corporation

Captured Iranian trained soldiers, Iranian bought weapons and equipment, Iranian financing and Iranian military advisers.
The U.N. knows it, but all those countries that keep pointing fingers and trying to shame the US are making big bucks from Iran, just like they were from pre war Iraq.

Yes, there is real evidence that Iran is the snake in the
grass. They tell it everyday if you listen to Rush Limbaugh
or Fox News. We have tried to convince the U.N., but they
have too many members from countries who also have
vile dictators and vote against US.

yes and America is, but it wont work. It will take a world war unfortunately. But we need to start it soon. The longer we wait, the stronger they get.

People say terrorism is an idea. We cant beat an idea. I say if we show how bad of an idea it is, we can win.

We need to kill every son of a ***** in Iran. That will show them terrorism is a bad idea.

P.S. We found W.M.D. in Iraq.

The evidence is the rockets themselves that are Iranian made, and the U.N. is useless regarding Israels plight ( haven't been watching the news ? ). Besides, we are using Israel to fight the terrorists by proxy.
