Is this a permanent problem or just temporary? Yahoo is doing so many site changes these days that sometimes service is unavailable. It should be back up for you shortly. If this is a longer-term problem, then maybe you have the site blocked in Internet Explorer.

do you have a ad blocking program (popup blocker) or site blocking program (net nanny) that might be stopping this? Or might have someone blocked this site from your computer? If you go to tools then internet options it might be blocked under a privicy button or content. That might be some good places to look first. Hope it helps.
