I would try to wipe out Malaria or Typhoid fever around the world. Or just get simple antibiotics for the continent of Africa. So many people die each day of the simple things we here in the US take for granted.

I'd pay out of pocket for the services I receive for my sons early intervention therapy and give all the therapists a big Christmas bonus for all that they are doing for my son.

I'd pay off my mortgage & my parent's mortgage & my best friend's mortgage, then my car, then I'd buy another home & rent this little sneeze of a condo I can barely afford right now.
