My answer is a bit unusual, I would start a revolution to eliminate our (US) dependence of foreign oil. And mabye the leak in AK will start it. Electricity, bio-diesel, ethanol, what ever. If Brazil can do it why not the US, after all they used technology currently in existence.
Seeing as how we grow a major % of the world's food, and if we did not need their oil, we could tell them all to go take a flying leap.

huh? aren't you happy with all the fighting there is already? you want more?

revolutions are started just like arguments are started in the chatrooms, by one moron saying something untrue and then getting their buddies to back them.

one for perservation of the American way of life without immigrants and foreignors. A revolution for peace, positive and pleasant life. Life of love and compassion for one another instead of all the constant drama.
