cold war between Russia and the Usa they both had nuclear weapons and to use them would be to self destruct.
Economic war where they refuse to do business with this foreign country and free trade is a big step to keeping up the economy.
called sanctions.

Can't understand why you would ask this type of question in a category that deals with the Muslim holiday of EID. Sounds like more of a political type of question and you would probably get a lot more response in that category.
