actually waste their time with repeat phone calls, repeat visits to the store, and letters to the store manager asking for a resolution to this problem.you can frustrate a store manager just like you have been. he'll surrender eventually.

I know what you mean. They suck. I bought a laptop there a few months ago. Long story short: it had been used and returned and they resold it to me saying they had only opened the box to "check it out". None of the ports worked and I spent 3 hrs there one Fri. night while their Nerd Squad "fixed" it. I finally demanded a new one, but still have problems. I'm not sure what you can do about the phone other than ask to speak to a manager and tell them how unsatisfied you are. I have decided never to shop there again. Oh, and when I returned the 1st laptop they reboxed it up and put it back on the shelf right in front of me.

Call the big wigs. They suck because they think they can get away with it. Their stuff is way over priced and their sells people are rude and act like they don't want to wait on ya. I went and got a computer from them a while back and it started messing up almost right out of the box. I had no clue on computers and they screwed me over so much having me buy useless crap that I didn't end up needing just to get me to buy more. I ahve not stepped one foot back in their store because of it, and never will. Good luck.

I'd contact their headquarters either via e-mail or telephone, and then begin contacting their customer service numbers. Put in complaints at their call centers. Call the manager of the direct store you have been working with, or even go there and say you need to see a manager. . . .It's always a lot easier to brush someone off when they are on the phone and you can just transfer to voice mail!

They constantly walk that thin line between truthful advertising and getting sued. Their service center isn't really a service center. It's juust a kiosk in the corner. They outsource from there. All they really do is send it to the manufacturer for you. That's all you're buying when you buy their "in house" service plan. If there were any real tech experts in the whole store, I'd have a heart attack from the shock of it. I just don't go there anymore.

Who is your plan with? After the second call to customer service, it's time to talk to the big dogs that run the yard.

I'm sure you probably already have spoken to the manager of the local store. Because it will depend on the management and the help they have, service levels can vary. I would escalate to their HQ if you can.
