Brad Delp (Boston) and Dennis DeYoung (Styx)

I think it all depends on whether or not they are singing the right music for their voices, but these are some of my favorites:

Eric Bloom (Blue Oyster Cult)
Ozzy Osbourne (yes, strange choice, but listen to what he can do with it)
Steve Perry (Journey)
Paul Young
Bryan Ferry (Roxy Music, also a solo career)

Of them all, I think Bryan Ferry has the absolute best voice, but I am not sure if he is a tenor or a baritone! But his voice is as smooth and rich as the finest velvet.
