Do spells work?

My friend was telling me that she put a love spell on this guy she likes and it worked. She did it through one of those spell caster people on the internet. Do spells work, or is it all a lot of hooey?

it depends on the experience of the spell caster and the type of spell. I have had some spells work and some spells that didn't. I had a get someone out of your life spell work. when doing one like that never wish anything bad on the person though cause things will come back on you three fold. But my daughter tried to do a money spell for me which back fired terrible and in about a month my wages got garnished.

If properly executed yes.
However if she used someone on the internet, there is a good chance she got scammed. If she is interested in spells, wicca or witchcraft I urge her to research it and do it herself. Those internet people can really put off a bad image for wiccans or witches.
However, since it was a love spell, it is very unlikely that it will work, because spells cannot interfere with ones free will. Sorry, it doesnt work that way. Also, she needs to be aware that anything you put out there comes back threefold, whether it be bad or good, and also affects your karma, so she should have good pure intentions if she does spells to prevent any harm from coming back to her.

Look the only real magic is if you're pure of heart. And if you are, then you shouldn't be doing magic anyway, because it'll corrupt your pure heart. I recommend taking some dragon scales and summoning Cthulhu before bed every night. Most magic practitioners don't work online; the true ones are hermits. And if they were magic, then they wouldn't make love potions. They would make beauty potions, and if that didn't work, they would make love potions. It's logic. However, they might like to try personality potions. That will often work. Guys like personality, not just some chick who's gonna go, "Wanna see a trick?!"

Yes Spells work I do them almost on a daily basis more so on full moons that is when spell casting is very strong I am a witch I have had the power since i was little I am a natural witch you just have to beleave. and i only do white magick i don't mess with the dark magick that is to scary to mess with what ever you send out can come back 3 full 3 x's 3.

Uh, ok well the idea that this is possible is hard for most to understand that just words affect us but as you read this, opinions are like buts in my explanation you may think of Harry Potter as of spells but just the idea of just words doing good or evil is my idea of hooey as you say but think of the other things in the Harry Potter books spells are not just words but actions or items but that is a book. But if some thing more was used like the heart mind, and soul along with religion it would be another thing it would not be but thought that prayers of Catholics to the saints and angles. But spells/prayers all ways need more than just words. Now fact in the Middle East a long time ago to write your enemies name and destroy it was to destroy apart of him or might even kill him still an action is of some need. But if words are of more power is still an act needed. Now a dosey but if the words and acts are done often and a lot by some chance that the spell does not work on will or words but on by mealy possibility of chance can not be ruled out. But if all is true that you could have love money power or even beauty with this in thought and what ever your implications are that you may live with are better or for worst can not be the choice that you deny the spell/prayer that you invoked in on your life. But with all this in thought praying Saint Valentine for a week just might your high school crush just might ask you out to prom ladies if this is how you get us guys just go look for the shyessed guy and ask him out and he just might not try any thing. But if the idea is probably to hard for this to be by chance she probably could have done it faster with just splitting her legs, lol but if that seems to easy and you want to pray for a week and just find out later that the shy guy is just to nervous to even talk to you just you may find a good friend instead of a jerk. So pray hard and often for the pay check or girl/ or guy and maybe even that discount on a new pair of jeans you always wanted, yes one more but I just think that if spells and prayers were always answered then movies would not have love stories and your bf or gf would not try any thing and just all the other implications that spiral in to oblivion. Yes, spells do work. The power, skill, and will of the caster are responsible for the effectiveness of the spell, of course.

They can, but love spells are not something to play around with. Usually, if you violate the free will of anyone for any reason you will be "punished" by having it come back to you threefold. With love spells that means that the person believes themselves to be in love with you and cannot control it and cannot be swayed from it. Think stalker and you'll have a pretty good idea of what I mean.

Was your friend an idiot for having a love spell cast on someone else BY someone else? Yes.

Your friend might just end up regretting her actions in the not-too-distant future. Screwing with someone else's free will is bad enough (and love spells do just that). Paying someone else to screw with someone else's free will may delay the Return, but it'll come back to her eventually. And I'm pretty sure she won't like it.

Spells do work with the right intentions behind them...
Love spells aren't something to mess about with though...Love spells are really dangerous in the wrong hands...I would suggest becoming very educated on spell crafts before you ever decide to actually work spells...
