In a society that's full of bureaucracy, treats women as inferiors, and under an influence of radical clergymen, Do you think democracy will work there anytime soon?

First, we need to stop pretending that Democracy is some sort of magic cure-all. They hold elections in Iran, Iraq and Venezuela, and these countries are the sources (along with N. Korea, of course) of our biggest headaches. All our billions of dollars in Iraq got us was the election of a pro-Iranian government. Last I checked, Iran was part of the Axis of Evil, so that's not much bang for our buck, now is it?

Freedom and individual rights is a Christian and European idea. Muslims have no clue of 'choice' , 'free will' and 'Equal Rights' which is both Christian and European idealogy. The operate off a Islamic theocratic idealogy, which considers women as inferiors, the clerics make the decisions based on the Koran. Democracy will work there in a few hundred years.

You, as a guy from "democratic" society asked only guys...not girls..

I thought that Israel treats women inferior, because has developed women trafficking... I thought that radical is a person who invades a country and teach others to live in one way... I never thought that it is democratic to fix a situation when 35% of population are represented by 21% of parliament seats...And I do not think that it is OK for international human rights organisations to do not see this shortage...

If your talking about Iraq, then look what happens in Porto Rico when they try and pass any fair labor laws. If Iraqi turns anti Israel A very well practiced team will flush the government. and if the turn pro Israel a team with a different coach will flush the government.

They are wired for tribal militias and Mullahs.
If they want democracy they can do it themselves.
