We all are subject to human failures, as a private citizen they should be held accountable to no higher standard than anyone else. On duty bust his A**. You can bet he heard about it from his superiors, especially if he tried to pull the "I am law enforcement too, so cut me a break" trick

Just because he is in the FBI doesn't mean he isn't apt to drink a bit too much. I don't think he should be treated any differently than anyone else.
Talk about embarrassing for him though!
