How long I don't know, there was this one spammer who's still on my watch list and he/she's been kicked off at least for a month, if not more.
As for how many people I don't think it matters, only the seriousness of the violation does.
And you probably won't get suspended for asking why people who are already suspended were suspended. It should be public information so that it never happens again.

Hot Chris you are mean. Why would anyone assume that suspended meant terminated. Are you sure about that. Anyway, I don't know and I've wondered the same thing. so don't let the ole meany bother you.

just make a new account then you will be able to say whatever you want and not get suspended. There is no limit to how many accounts you can have.

You can't come back. So it's like you're more expelled. I guess it takes more then one person. To come back then you would need to make a new account.
