Forgive but never forget. Unfortunately, if you forget, they will just commit another offense. Remembering is important so you deal with that person in a manner that will minimize the possibility of allowing them to do something again. If the person you are dealing with is the type to do something foul, they will not change because you forgave them.

It really depends on the situation. If you aren't the victim you have no right to forgive. I generally believe that it isn't a good idea to forget.

You can say that you forgive and forget; that is just BS, because you never actually forget....nor do you forgive fully...you always will have the event in your mind and you will continuously recall it when you see the offender......some of the feeling will resurface, this is just human nature...

I like to forgive, but not forget. Then again, it depends on the situation. There have been things I've neither forgiven nor forgotten.
