The San Antonio Spurs. They are the New England Patriots of basketball. They know when a player is not worth the contract they are seeking, and they know how to build a genuine team. They've got a great thing going down in South Texas.
As for player, it's a tough call. I want to say Kevin Garnett, because his intensity and love for the game come out in every single second he's out there. You gotta respect that, and his numbers are absolutely unbelievable. However, I gotta go with Tim Duncan right now, because he is a great player that doesn't act like the world revolves around him. He gets criticized just as much as the 12th man on the team.
Of course, in a couple of years, I'll be switching my vote to either LeBron or D-Wade. Those two will be carrying the league for the next ten years, in spite of what Kobe may want to think.
