What are their values, how they differ from the average Middle Easterns (Muslims)?

Fundamentally, Christians are followers of Christ, hence the term. They believe in Christ as the Messiah-the One sent from God to die for man's sins so that he might be absolved and enter into Heaven.

Muslims, like Jews, don't believe that Jesus was the Messiah; they regard Him as a prophet. In fact, the Islam faith does not subscribe to the concept of a Messiah at all.

To openly practice their faith, in an area where it could literally get them killed, takes a level of devotion most of us can't fully fathom.
