nope i like him a lot, because he is really fun to watch. ALL professional soccer players flop, everyone should know that by now, cristiano ronaldo just gets a lot more publicity for it. there are other ways to contribute besides scoring, he often occupies the defense because of the way he pentratates with the ball, giving other players better shots. and to those stupid people who say he cost england the quarterfinals, well if rooney wasn't such a dumbass and hadn't stomped on an opponent, the ref wouldn't have red-carded him, and of course there is no evidence that anything ronaldo said or did actually MADE the ref book rooney, he was gonna do that anyways. you all are just looking for a scapegoat, and a reason other than that rooney can't control himself and no one else could make a play, for losing. and to those who say he is immature, of course he is immature, didn't you ever do anything silly or childish when you were 21? everyone does stupid stuff, but most of us just don't have millions of people watching and waiting to criticize everything we do. He's only 21, give him some time to grow

i personally liked cristiano ronaldo at the beginning of the Soccer World Cup because he was a valuable player and had some pretty good skills with his feet BUT after the comment he made about the French team being old and that supposedly soccer was only for young players, i must admit i was a bit disappointed, n i got a totally different image of him

If you are from the UK chances are you hate him...I do like the way he plays.... I have to admit that he was a total dick when he scored the winning goal against England in the World cup...rumor has it that Wayne Rooney wants to beat the crap out of him

I deeply hate this boy. It is players like him (and Figo) who destroy the beauty of football with their Schawalbes and asking for bookings!
And he's is terribly overrated, sure he is a fine dribbler, but that's about it, he's a terrible showoff, a theater boy. He'd fit right in the West End or Broadway.

I like him a lot. he's a talented and skillful player. but at times he's acting like a small baby, give him some time to grow. i'm sure he'll be a great player.

He is and was good in individual technical but not in team playing. I like him all togather.
