The title cover is different than what the story is inside and where "this little golden book belongs to" should be, the back inside cover with the list of books is on the inside cover, upside down.

Any antique shop that appraises can give you info on this.

It is probably worthless. Misprinted books, unlike
misprinted stamps or badly minted coins, are
usually just throwaways. As far as I know they do
not have as much value as a properly printed one.
