i do not know why my McAfee virus scan constantly remind me that some unwanted program is in my computer. however, i have tried to deleted it, but i can't!

There's a small McAfee window noticed that
Trojan found, status: can't be deleted, file name, and file path...
it ask me to verify the file is not write-protected and try again...

How can i do with it?

Get another anti-virus program (or two) and use them. Each hits and misses different ones.

Back up your vital documents onto disk, etc.

I can say almost for certain you use Internet Explorer. Don't. It lets in programs of all kinds, it's big, it's slow, it's very out of date, it's inflexible, it's not customizable. And it's not going to change.

I'd recommend Firefox - sleek, fast, up to date, flexible, customizable, evolving with the times... and it has a really cool icon.

It's also got a built in pop-up blocker and with one add-on you won't see any banner ads ever again!

General procedure for hard core cleanups:

2) Set file view to see ALL files, including system files.
3) Disable Restore Points
4) Boot into Safe Mode
5) Run Antivirus, antispyware software
6) Reboot into regular mode
7) Re-enable Restore Points.
