Aleve it has naproxen which is an anti-inflammatory, something Tylenol DOESN'T have!

It works twice as fast even on sinus headaches.

I suffer from migraines, one that lasted everyday for over four months, no joke and after trying prescription medicines, advil, aleve, tylenol, i finally found something that worked, Exederine Migraine, its over the counter and it kicks in about a hour or less after taking it. Supposedly it will last for 24 hours. Now my migraines are far and less and whenever one does pop up, i hit the exederine. And make sure you get the proper amount of sleep, because lack of sleep does contribute to your headaches.

I never liked any pills into my system. Drinking something hot like cofee, tea, cocoa etc. always helped me. I guess it stimulates blood flow.
