How do I get all of the tool bar back to the default setting? The default address bar is missing too.?

Which tool bar? There are a number of them, so you really need to mention which. Add more details and I'll check back.

Right-click on your "Go" button, and check the toolbars you want to have displayed, and uncheck the ones you want to hide. This works in most browsers, including Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

Go into the View menu, and select Toolbars
You can turn on and off the toolsbar you want from there

try "start" then "contral panal" then "delete/add programs"
