Has anyone heard of "ignite" an electric co-op type thing that pays you to use electricy?

If you have had experience with it, tell me what you know. It's a membership kind of thing and I wanted a testimony type of thing.....saw the website already. Need to know if this is for real.
P/S: it is listed under this catagory since I could not find one that "fit". Maybe it's been on the news, who knows.
