Brewer's Yeast. Buy it from the health food store. I've used it and it absolutely works. Take a few pills and a day and see if I ain't right.
Forget the garlic, hon, only if you're looking to repel anyone within distance, too.

Brewers yeast. Start with 1/2 tsp per day and work up to 2 tsp per day. That works fairly well at keeping them away without using repellant.

I have found Mosquito Nets to be the most effective in keeping yourself safe from being bitten by the nasty creatures :-) Nothing like the old fashioned Mosquito net !
Take care and God Bless you !

Try pinning a dryer sheet, like "bounce" on your clothes. It may look a little silly, but if you're just doing gardening or mowing the lawn it's great.
