they are red like blood and very tiny small

I have them too or at least something like what you are describing. If you have miniscule really hard to see spots that are bright red, you may have what are called hemageomas (not sure of spelling). they are fine and do not pose any health risk. never poke them with a needle or something stupid like that because they are technically tiny pockets of blood vessels directly under the skin and will bleed like hell. they are hereditary but they come and go. they aren't too bad looking so they aren't that big of a deal:)

I have something that looks like that on the bottom of my right leg about 3 inches up from my ankle. My doctor told me they are called "strawberries". It's kind of like a beauty mark so feel fortunate. But....do keep an eye on them if they get larger you'll have to see your doctor. OR......razor burn.

These spots may be petichiae (bleeding under the skin). Make an appointment with your doctor today, especially if you've had any other signs of bleeding under the skin, such as unexplained bruises.

Do you use Nair? Because it could be an allergic reaction from it practically melting all your hair and skin! Shave burns are another possibilty, also it could be from waxing!

A lot of girls have that...I mean it's from shaving but they pretty much never go away. I don't know what to tell you about how to get rid of them...but you're not the only one with them.

I get those on my thighs and its not from shaving or waxing. I can especially see them when I lay in the grass. I don't know what they are either.
