Is it worse than moving across the country to a state you had never been to, where the weather was nothing like what you're used to, and the people are completely different that the ones in the state you just left?

I waited over 2 hours for someone to show up at a restaurant & when this person finally arrived, there were no words of apology offered & i was made to pick up the tab after . Stupid me ! don't know what i was thinking then ! ....oh i know... i WASN'T !!!
Anyway, never again ! LOL ! (now i can laugh about it ! ...was not laughing at that time though !)
