Everytime I go out, I get hollered at by guys or creepy smiles/stares. I don't dress provacatively or wear too much makeup. Whats up with guys lately?

You said it in your question... guys with creepy staring problems and creepy smiles...are creepy. Here is the solution for women that dont want to be hollared at.... do something about it. DISCOURAGE IT.
If you let guys keep hollaring at you...and all the only response they get is positive...then it simply reinforces the behavior.
Scenario... I hollar at a gal... she doesn't respond... OH WELL!
....I hollar at another gal...she doesn't respond.... OH WELL!.... I hollar at another gal.... she DOES respond in a positive way.... hmmm .... it was worth hollaring at 3 girls in order to get one positive reaction! Why wouldn't a guy do this? He doesn't have to pay any cost for making rude comments to women... so why would he stop?
NEW SCENARIO.... You are walking down the street... some creepy looking guy hollars at you.... sooooo... YOU YELL BACK! "You're one UGLY MOTHERF*CKER". Now... he's had to pay a cost for being rude. If every woman responded like this... less men would be inclined to just hollar at them... for fear of being insulted in front of their friends. haha.... I hope this helped?
P.S. Men hollar because we want to get laid... and the women that would respond positively to us hollaring are more likely to be the type to put out quicker. Just a thought.

I get that all the time and I love it. I love cat calls, and when men stare. If they stare enough, I will sometimes go over to them and talk to them. Not all women despise the grubby look, I like it. Not all young guys are wiggers either.

The guys who behave that way are not the guys that you want to be dating or have anything to do with so you can safely ignore them. They're losers and they know it.

Kind of like a mateing ritual. They think all girls are easy and just thinking about having sex. Thats all they think about.
