why wont my pimples go away?

There are alot of reasons people get pimples and blackheads. It could be your diet, it could be the soap you use and sometimes it could be that you touch your face too often. (assuming you do wash your hands there are still skin cells that remain and don't belong on your face.) You could try cleaning your face with a cleanser that will dry your skin out a little bit and use a mask that will smooth your skin out. Also (big also) don't wear more makeup to cover it up... give your skin a chance to heal because it won't happen automatically. (unfortunately) My daughter has bad skin and she won't listen to me but I've done alot of research on the simplest way to make it better and have cleared my own face up.

It takes a lot of effort and changing your hygiene practices. You must maintain a daily ritual of cleansing and treament products. Your most important times to clean the skin are in the morning after you wake up and at night before you go to bed. One you get on top of your problem, then it's maintainence until you grow out of the phase.

- drink more water
- eat less oily foods, chocolate etc.
- don't stress or worry about them
- wash once a day with a mild face wash before bed.
- just do what you normally do, people really aren't looking at them..

Hormones? You might want to try some scrubs or some soap that it is just for your face.

its hormones try birth control pills or clean and clear continuous control for acne both work very well

because when you go out and then come back you do not wash the dirt off your face.
