Just to eliminate confusion, I mean 46 as part of the size, not the number of bras I wish to buy.

Even flat chested women need to be modest and especially warm. I Have the same dilemma and have had no luck in finding a bra that fits properly. I call my size 44 flat. As for my choice in bras without under wire is best for me, I would like a slight bit of padding, but not so much that it appears I am trying to build myself up.

"Just My Size" has a website for fuller figured women. You should check it out. There are also a store called The Avenue that carries bras those sizes. Have you tried Lane Bryant?

I don't know where you live, but in Ohio we have a store called
"Elmos Bras" where you can get that big size.
Let me ask you - have you thought about Breast Reduction
surgery? That is too big. I know, I was a 44 DDD and I was so
miserable! I did it! I am now a 42 B! Much, much nicer!
My health is better too, as well as my self-image.
Consider it! You'll be glad you did - I am! :)

If you only have AA, why even bother with a bra? Just put a couple bandaids on and you're good to go. Sometimes I would love to have small boobies.
