He thinks he's a close enough friend to you, that he can say anything, even if it's stupid, and you won't take it bad. Just let it go! Guys joke like that.

Sounds like it was a stupid comment. I wouldn't put any weight in it. Sexual humor amuses some people--I would think he's one of them.
