Is your period supposed to come at the exact time every month? And if it doesnt like your late a few days all the time does that mean your irregular? Or does the body naturally change constantly?

Many people have varying lengths of cycles. It really isn't a problem unless each month the cycle is different. Then, it just becomes a bit harder to judge when ovulation will occur.

Every women is different. Some are 28 days some are 35. It all depends on your body. As long as you are the same number of days every month it doesn't matter.

28 days is just an average. Before I went on the pill, my cycle was 7 weeks long!
