YES! But there is a solution. Write to the company. Tell them what happened and give them as much information as possible; maybe cut a piece from the box it came in, where you bought it etc. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the results. Good luck!

No matter what i buy there are never all the peices to it. i hate it. I bought a playstation from walmart and there was no controller. I looked and looked i was dumbfounded. I couldnt even concieve how the controller was missing.
