I guess you could argue that terrorists are actually freedom fighters fighting an evil empire called the USA. This is an argument used more in Europe than by Dems in the US though.

um, that makes the cia spook who told them responsible. the press' role is to speak out. i think it was very fair and open of the times to tell the administration what they had learned. i'm sorry they didn't report on the nsa wiretapping before the election when it would have mattered. that was an example of the media being gentle with this president and his administration.
