I started out with the diahrea, had that for 10-12yrs, a reason was never found. It went away but the vomiting started. I've had all kinds of tests, I have no gastric problems (eg. ulcers, acid reflux). I'm not losing weight so some of the doctors have said I could live with it! It's almost like morning sickness, so that was part of the reason I had the hysterectomy, I also had endometreitis. One doctor told me it could be my sinuses, it's not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I moved into a new house about ten years ago could it possible be an allergy? I've had allergy tests as well, but nothing.

My mom had a similar problem. It started out with just the diahrea part for a couple of years, then the vomiting started after she ate though. It took them 3 years, almost too late to find it. Ask for a MRA, not a MRI to look at the blood flow in your body. She ended up having a blood clot to the intestinal tract that was. It may be something similar, with the blood not flowing correctly. I know it saved her and she is fine now after the surgery. She has gone through all the tests you have mentioned. The GI doctor even said it was in her head and she was making herself sick. I would just keep hounding the doctors because that is not normal, don't let them tell you otherwise.

Do you still have your ovaries? (You didn't mention if your hysterectomy was a radical or partial) Maybe when you wake up --with an empty stomach-- you are nauseous from that. I had probs like that when I was on a particular medication for depression. I kept pretzels by the bed, and I'd eat one b4 getting up. You may also be having psych probs... It is strange how your state of mental health can affect your physical health.
