Well, for example with me, its not that easy for me to have an orgasm. I'm telling you this from personal experience, the best way is to feel relaxed, sexy about yourself and start out with some foreplay and slow sex that gradually builds up. Of course, you have to be in a comfortable position. If not just try different positions and see which one is the best for you.

Try to relax, and stop trying to force an orgasm. The more you think about it, the less often it will happen.

Buy some books that explain in detail what will help.

The biggest thing to achieve an orgasm is stimulation. The stimulation from your partner and stimulating your imagination. Take a long time with foreplay and think of things that stimulate you in include in the foreplay. Porno movies, porno reading, etc. can help with the imagination.
