There are plastic mender products available almost everywhere,Wal-Mart,Auto parts stores,and if it is serious you could always try a fiberglass repair kit.I would suggest going to a Hardware store and seeing what products they may have available.That is just some Ideas.Take Care.

Dyna-Tron makes a two part epoxy specifically for urethane (and other types of plastics). AutoZone usually carries it, or can get it.
It can be sanded if needed, and can even be used to fuse two pieces back together.
