They sure;y did if they had any. I imagine that supplies for the German Army were short and few between, to paraphrase a saying. It's a good thing they were fighting most of the free world. The Germans had no oil resources and the allies pretty much bombed the daylights our of thew oil fields in Romania forcing scientists to make oil from coal. The Germans, as opposed to the Nazis, developed the world's first functional jet engine built, by the way, by BMW in Munich (American spelling).. It's a good thing they were fighting the entire free world.
