Rather than worry about templates, what is the goal of your letter? Are you looking for referral, launching new services, just keeping in touch, running a promotion, thanking them for being a new customer?
If you are launching new services, think of the problems that those services offer a solution to and then come up with questions that get them to say, yes, I have that problem. Then you can offer the solution of your new service.
If you aren't sending out thank you notes to every one of your new clients and at least every other time your existing clients come in, you're probably losing money. Only 1 in 7 sales people do this, so dont' feel so bad if you're not. Be sincere and let them know how much you value the relationship and appreciate any feedback, good or bad.
As for promotions, try to give some kind of a reason for the promo, even if you have to make it up. You can have a lot of fun with this one (unusual holidays, birthday, pet's birthday, etc.) Make sure you put a deadline and maybe even limit it to the first x people to participate.

i agree with some of these responses, just go to office depot, or other office supply store & buy the microsoft office software; but the one you really need is publisher-(creates flyers, announcements, etc.) hope this helps
