Well Just as said it all depends on how many seeders there are you will find best results with more seeders so try looking how much people are seeding. Torrent Clients also use a upload/download Ratio the more you upload the,the faster the speed so its equal sometimes it depends to make sure you have your firewall and ports open so you can connect to the seeders with that blocking its affecting your performance.
