alright to so 10 pounds is a little much. so i lost a pound, i'll go for about 3-5 more. i just need to fit into a dress (someone said it was the bride and groom's specail day) and its not like that at all.

Not gonna happen. Probably should have started dieting and exercising a month ago. The most you might be able to lose in a week is 3-5 pounds.

The Promise:

In 2 1/2 months you should lose 52 pounds. I'm not sure if this promise is accurate, and I haven't tried this diet, it seems a little odd though, but who knows, maybe just read this one and laugh at it.

The Rules:

You must drink eight 8oz. glasses of water daily (64 oz. total per day).
At any meal you may eat until you are full.
You must eat the minimum listed at each meal. (yep, this diet list the minimum you should eat).
You cannot eliminate anything from the diet. Especially the bacon at breakfast and the salads. You must eat the bacon and salads. These combinations of food burn the fat, omitting one part of the combination will cause the whole thing not to work.
The grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process. Don't add or reduce the amount of grapefruit or juice.
Cut down on coffee, it affects the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. Try to limit to 1 cup at meal time.
Don't eat between meals. If you eat the suggested foods you will not get hungry.
You can fry food in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
Do not eat desserts, breads, and white vegetables or sweet potatoes.
You may double or triple helpings of meat, salad or vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat the more weight you will lose.
Stay on the diet 12 days, then stop the diet for 2 days and repeat.
Diet Plan:

Breakfast:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
Lunch:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing
Meat any style and any amount.
Dinner:
Either 1/2 grapefruit OR 8 oz. juice (unsweetened)
Salad with any dressing OR a red or green vegetable cooked in butter or spices.
Meat or even Fish any style cooked any way.
Coffee or Tea (1 cup)
Bedtime Snack:
8oz. glass of tomato juice or 8 oz cup of skim milk.

A girl I work with had a band put around her stomach, so some days she drinks lots of water. I also saw on MTV, a boy who ate a power bar a day, and drank lots of water because he was on the wrestling team and wanted to make his weight division. He also was about 10pounds heavier than he needed to be. Doing some exercise daily, like walking will help too. I have been walking for an hour everyday this week, and I too look slimer[imagine what 1 1/2 hrs would do :)) ] I also eat the power bar twice daily.The water will improve your complexion, while the bar will help you get nutrients in your body. I have lost about 5 pounds so far.

You might want to look into getting a body wrap. You can lose several inches (not pounds, but fitting into that dress is what really matters, right?) in just an hour and the process can be repeated several times before the wedding.

You can also lose close to 10 lbs in one week by going on a strict calorie diet and exercising everyday.

i had to loose 14 lbs in 2 weeks for wrestling...Sweet about 6 lbs off...which means non stop work out with a t shirt and Sweet pants for about 3 hours with a 5 min water brake...then after that shower and then drink about 3 bottles of water over like an hour...for dinner eat a chicken Brest and some rice
for breakfast eat a protein bar or 2
for lunch eat an apple and some grapes
you should not eat anything during the day other than those foods, and only drink water

If this is for someone elses wedding.. dont worry about it. They're not going to care about how much extra pounds you may be carrying (if any) there more likely going to be worrying about their own... and then end up getting drunk and stuffing their face after the vowels are exchanged anyway. Just pick out a nice dress, get excercise the day before, treat yourself to a facial and all the girly stuff and enjoy the day.
If its your wedding.... then why did you wait so long?? Girl.. you should've been planning this weightloss when you were picking out the invitations. But who cares? Your finance is marrying you for you... he's not going to care.. as long as he's going to be knockin boots with you on the honeymoon who cares. Have FUN girl!

If it's NOT for your wedding... don't bother. It's the bride and grooms day.

While you are probably attractive already (if you only "need" to lose 10 lbs) People are going to be looking at the bride... now if you ARE the bride I feel odd... hehehe

As you said... weight loss THAT fast is NOT healthy.

Not good advice...not healthy any way, BUT
Get some aquaban (water pills) from wal-mart or walgreens use it 2X a day for the week there is 5 lbs... ...drink lots of no-calorie stuff, WATER, diet soda ect... drink alot of water before you eat a meal, get rid of SALT it will make you retain and bloat!
BUT the stress of this event will probablly take off at least 3 lbs on it's own..Good Luck!!

You can loose 10 pounds in 3 days with a liquid diet, nothing but clear liquids and NO soda pop. Drink all you want of Kool Aid, water, tea, coffee. But no longer than 3 days, ok? Guaranteed.

THere is a product available called the Hollywood diet. It is in liquid concetrate form. You dilute it with water. You drink this and water for two days no food. If you can stand the taste it does work. I used it before my sister got married I was her matron of honor and I looked great. Good Luck. Also you can pick it up at any drug store Walgreens always has it. About $20.00
