you had a kid (girl or boy) and you found out they were gay?.. i myself wouldnt care.. but im just wonderin how other ppl (in a parents shoes) would react?....

i am a mother. i have 2 boys, and 1 girl. i love them with all my heart. i would accept them straight or gay. ppl are either born straight or gay end of story! nothing i could have done would prevent that!!
being a parent means loving your child UNconditionally! when you put sexual preferences on what you want your child to be you start to put conditions on your love. you love completely or not at all..there is no, " i love them BUT...." when it comes to your children.
would i be surprised? if i didn't suspect it..yes.
would i be shocked or disappointed...absolutely not!
after all...i happen to be Bisexual. i just happened to fall in love w/ a man, but I've dated women too.
so i think i would be able to understand that better than a "straight..homophobic parent".

GOD give them to us for us to lead them.
Just lead them right and dont push them to do what you want them to do.
