If it is an email coming from yahoo answers then contact Y_Answrs_team@yahoo.com (yes they know it is spelled incorrectly)

The IFCC is partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National White Collar Crime Center. The IFCC reviews complaints and refers pertinent information to the appropriate local, state, and federal agencies.
