I live in Tampa,that area is awesome!It is called New Tampa because not that long ago it was a conservation area,The Grand reserve are very nice,lots of open land,palms,egrets,gators,very Florida!There are lots of places to eat up there and shop,it is considered"the place'to live now,the traffic is pretty heavy up there though from 8am-9am and again from 5pm until 6pm.Feel free to e-mail me if you have any more questions about Tampa,I have lived here 23 years!Hey Rebecca,I live in Carrollwood,I love Lutz!

Oh, yeah, they're nice. Very upscale. You can't get a better zip code in Tampa than 33647, called New Tampa. If you're into frou frou at all, you'll love it.

Lots of good restaurants, good shopping, nice places to hang out. The main thoroughfare is a street called Bruce B. Downs. At one end of BBD is a town called Wesley Chapel, and at the other end is where USF is.

I just moved from New Tampa to Lutz (lootz).
