This information might be a little old so I am not sure if the company is still open or has changed it's name or something, but Chris Kaufmann used to have a company called Advanced Engineering West that had Ford big block engine swap kits for '80's Mustangs. The kits came with headers and a special oil pan to clear the cross member. If that is a dead end, a company like Hedman Hedders or Hooker would probably be able to help. Good Luck.
