i can give you some tips that works and its really cheap.
1- buy some rice grains - grind it - use it as a facial mask everyday before sleep.
2 - put some cut tomatoes on ur face for 10 mins - everyday.
3- always, always wear sunblock.
4 - drink a glass of water every hour.
try it!

leave your skin as it is I bet it is beautiful god made you that face and be thankful that at least you have got 2 eyes, a mouth, a nose, and some ears just leave your face as it is.
