When this happens, the salt percentage in the body changes, you are sweating and losing salt and the water/salt balance in disturbed by the excess of water. This electrolyte imbalance is generally called 'water intoxication' when it is not serious. The symptoms are like nausea and dizziness. When it is severe, it can lead to coma or death, it is generally called hyponatremia. Look it up.
