I know lots! My favorite is "the wheel"-I do it everynight before I go to bed.
1.) Lying on your back, bend your knees and place the heels of your feet as close to your buttocks as you can get them but do not spread your knees any farther apart than your hips. Place your hands, plams down, beside your ears with your fingertips just barely touching your shoulders.
2.) Take a deep breath and as you exhale, think of pushing into the floor with the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. Push your back up into an arch as you straighten your legs and arms as much as you can (you may not be able to arch much at first-this is normal. You will get better the more you practice. It is very important that you only do as much as you can; don't strain yourself or you could seriously injure your back!). Remember not to spread your knees any wider than your hips. Stretch your neck too so that you are looking towards your feet. Hold as long as you can and then SLOWLY lower yourself back down.
3.) Stretch your legs out straight, your arms by your side and relax, breathing deeply through your nose for a few soeconds. Repeat the whole exercise a couple of times, or as much as you can.
If you can, you should look up classes on this Website:

Yoga doesn't have "moves." It has poses. Go to the library and look for a book of yoga with pictures and explanations of the poses. Work slowly with a couple of them until you have learned them and start with the easiest looking ones. Add a couple of more and get pretty good at them. Then add a couple of more, etc, etc. Yoga is all about patience, control and concentration on the task at hand. Learn those things and learn to do the poses slowly and smoothly, as well as learning the breathing techniques you'll find in the description of basic exercises, and you will be amazed at how your health and attitudes will improve.
