yes. to make the rips, don't cut them but take a rock that is kind of sharp and rub it over and over again on the same spot. this will make it look like a more natural rip and it will have the threads going across, instead of cutting them with scissors. to fade them wash them a lot in hot water, unless they are fade resistant jeans. to get the bleach spots just take some bleach and put it into a spray bottle and spray it over your pants. the paint stains or oil stains are good to do with a wire brush. put it on the tops and run your finger from the top of the brush to the bottom, making the bristles flick the paint off. this is a good idea making your own pants, this way you spend only a little bit of money but you have the look you want, kudos to you.

Depending on how you want the jeans to look exactly. If you want splashes of fadding or just the normal fade. For the fading it's simple. Bleach and rubber bands and water. Depending on how you want it to look...just bleach where you want it to fade. To rip the jeans...I recommend in the knees...and pockets. Take a metal cheese grater(yes I'm serious lol). and Rub it over the areas you want ripped(texturizing is what I call it).

Do the "ripped" look using a cheese grater. And, you can do blotchie stuff on them using white out or something like that. bleach would also probably work pretty well.

take a normal pair of jeans, to fade them:take a clorox bleach pen and apply it to the areas you want faded then let it just dry DONT WASH THEM , for rips, do them in natural places where you would expect rips to be, and rub them with sandpaper.
