kinda.....i have two cartilage peircings....its not really classy....but sure. its not punk either...it depends what you earrings you wear... if u wanna classy look then wear studs....i wear studs and hoops up there...

yes it can be classy its what you acceserize with it and what u wear and how you wear it!!! girl go with it!! if it feels right.
