Would it be beneficial to join JAG? Would the extra experience make me more likely to find a job after I was done?

Yes, I was in the Air Force as an F-16 Crew Chief for several years and it made a big difference for employment once I ended my tour. The A.F. treats you like a person and not like a warm body filling a spot. It is the best choice for military service. No matter what position you take!

I would think anytime you have the chance to make your resume more rounded that it will benefit you in the future. I'm not saying I'm an expert but it makes sense to me.

Not really...All Government legal work is the same, low pay!
